Dahl offers a broad portfolio of geotechnical products and solutions. This includes geotextiles, geonets, waterproofing membranes, drainage solutions, gabions, and pipe bridges.

Dahl is in an exciting growth phase within geotechnics and is now looking for a Specialist Salesperson who wants to help further develop the business. Here you get a unique opportunity to combine technical expertise, sales, and business development in a role with significant autonomy and great influence. In this position, you will work on everything from smaller local projects to larger contracts and public tenders. The projects are located throughout Sweden, with particularly high activity in the northern and central parts of the country.

About the Role

This is a role for you who appreciate working closely with both customers, projects, and technology. You will have a broad position where you get to combine sales, consulting, and project work in an exciting mix.

As a Specialist Salesperson in Geotechnics, you work with the entire business. From initial customer contact and technical advice, to quotation, tendering, and project implementation. You become an important partner to contractors, municipalities, consultants, and larger construction and civil engineering companies across the country.

The role implies freedom under responsibility, and you get the opportunity to plan your daily work based on the needs of customers and projects. One day you might participate in customer meetings and project discussions out in the field, the next day you work on technical solutions, tenders, or business development together with colleagues and suppliers.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Sales and business development within geotechnical products and solutions
  • Technical advice to customers, consultants, and contractors
  • Internal technical product and service advice to all our salespeople across the country
  • Quotation work and tenders
  • Project management and coordination of ongoing projects
  • Relationship building with both new and existing customers
  • Collaboration with Dahl's local sales organization throughout Sweden
  • Development of business, working methods, and offers within the area

Requirements

  • Experience in sales, project management, and technical consulting
  • Good knowledge of geotechnical products, ground and civil engineering projects, or related areas
  • Very comfortable in dialogue with both technical and commercial decision-makers
  • Good system proficiency and experience with CRM systems as well as Microsoft 365
  • Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written
  • Good knowledge of English, both spoken and written
  • Valid driver's license (Category B)
